About Us

Anna Levine-Gronningsater is the owner and founder of LG Legal. She has represented clients in court in both California and New York, and is currently admitted to practice law in both states.

At LG Legal, Anna runs a client-centered practice, focusing each case on her individual client’s needs and goals. Not every case can and should have the same outcome - while some clients are best served by a swift resolution, others need comprehensive trial preparation. As such, LG Legal retains a limited number of cases at a time so that clients can be assured of personal attention and meticulous case management.

Biography

Born and raised in New York City, Anna received her Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and then moved to the west coast. She got her law degree from UCLA School of Law, where she graduated in the top ten percent of her class and was named to the Order of the Coif. She externed for Hon. R Gary Klausner of the Central District of California and Hon. Richard Lee of the Superior Court of Orange County, and spent a summer working at the ACLU of Southern California.

Previously, Anna worked at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles under a fellowship and then as a staff attorney, where she represented clients in administrative hearings and lawsuits on a range of issues, including housing, benefits, and constitutional rights. In addition, she created self-help guides and materials to help self-represented clients navigate the legal system, and also trained private attorneys who volunteered their time and resources to represent clients on a pro bono basis.

After Legal Aid, Anna worked as a senior associate at The Bloom Firm, a boutique law firm with offices in California and New York. Her work focused on plaintiff’s-side employment and civil rights law.

Anna founded LG Legal in 2021.
